These Terms & Conditions govern your use of corpolexindia.com and the services provided by Corpolex India Private Limited. By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Corpolex India assists businesses with registration, licensing, approval and compliance services including, without limitation:

• EPR Registration & Compliance (CPCB/SPCB) — Plastic, E-Waste, Battery, Tyre.
• Environmental Compliance — Consent to Establish (CTE), Consent to Operate (CTO), Hazardous Waste Management (HWM), MOEFCC.
• FSSAI Registration — Basic, State, Central licenses, annual returns and renewals.
• NSWS Approvals — Business profile creation, license filing, document upload, approval tracking.
• WPC ETA Approvals — Wireless approval, frequency compliance, testing coordination.
• MSME/Udyam Registration and ZED MSME Registration.
• LMPC Registration (Sections 19 & 27), domestic manufacturing, barcode registration.
• ICEGATE Registration, E-Bond Registration, AD Code Registration.
• Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) issuance.
• Trademark Compliance.
• DGFT Compliance and Importer/Exporter related services.
• CDSCO Compliance.

Exact scope, fees, timelines and deliverables for each engagement will be communicated via a quotation, engagement letter, or invoice, which shall form part of these Terms.

2. Nature of Services — Facilitation, Not Guarantee

Corpolex India acts as a facilitator/consultant to prepare and submit applications on your behalf with the relevant government departments, regulators and portals (including CPCB, SPCB, FSSAI, MoEFCC, WPC, ICEGATE, DGFT, CDSCO, MCA/Udyam and NSWS). Approval, rejection, processing time, and issuance of any license, registration, or certificate is at the sole discretion of the concerned government authority and is beyond our control. We do not guarantee approval, specific timelines, or outcomes.

3. Client Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents required for the relevant registration/filing.
• Promptly respond to queries or clarifications raised by us or by the concerned authority.
• Ensure the authenticity of all documents submitted to us.

We shall not be liable for delays, rejections, penalties, or additional costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information/documents provided by you.

4. Fees & Payment

• Our professional/service fees are separate from statutory government fees, license fees, and third-party charges, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payment terms (advance/milestone/full payment) will be specified in the quotation or invoice for each engagement.
• We reserve the right to pause or discontinue work on any engagement where payment is overdue.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Once an engagement has commenced (including preparation or submission of any application), fees paid are generally non-refundable, as professional time and/or statutory fees may already be incurred. Any refund, where applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis as per the specific service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to treat all business and personal documents shared by you as confidential and to use them solely for the purpose of rendering the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and any disclosures required by law or to government authorities as part of the filing process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of Corpolex India or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corpolex India's total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the professional fees paid by you for that specific engagement. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business or penalties imposed by any authority.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Corpolex India against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from inaccurate information/documents provided by you or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, subject to payment for work already performed up to the date of termination.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City, State], India.
